PhotoImpact Objects - Rosie's Classes

These classes asked me to start with a blank slate, and by adding shapes (usually 3-D) and manipulating them, sometimes modifying them using presets and the various tools available in PhotoImpact, create more-or-less realistic-looking objects. Rosie is a demanding instructor -- simply getting the point of an exercise wasn't enough! I had to demonstrate my ability to do everything correctly. This was sometimes difficult for me, since by this point I'd taken quite a few classes in PhotoImpact and wanted to plunge ahead and move on to the next step, sometimes with disastrous results. When my creation didn't look at all like the sample, and I had to go back and do it again, carefully following the directions, I certainly didn't save myself any time!
